In accord with Pope Francis’s call to convoke the Synod of Bishops in 2023, the People of God in the Diocese of Pagadian have participated in the synodal process of listening and discerning. Filled with joy and hope that the voices from the peripheries would finally be heard, it is believed that this synodal journey takes root in the very experience of encounter between the Church and its marginalized members. Such an encounter underwent a long, tedious but wonderful synodal journey.
